THE APPRENTICE: The teams are set the challenge of manufacturing sweets to sell at London Zoo. THE HAIRY BIKERS RIDE AGAIN: Simon King and David Myers manage to get lost in Bruges in Belgium, following the medieval town's one-way system. The duo then discover the world of beer cookery, before reaching a village where they make a meal inspired by an ancient bird-related sport. (BBC Two, 8pm)

THE RICH LIST: Entrepreneur Peter Jones takes a look at Britain's wealthiest residents. With the help of expert Dr Philip Beresford, he counts down the bank balances of some of the UK's most intriguing celebrities, from the guaranteed wealth of the Royal Family to those that are at the top in the fields of business, music and entertainment. SECRET LIFE: Feature-length drama, questioning the measures in place to prevent sex offenders from committing further crimes after prison. Matthew Macfadyen stars as Charlie, who realises he continues to pose a threat to youngsters following his release, and plans to attend a rehabilitation centre. However, he is left struggling when it is shut down, drifting back into society without psychological treatment. (Channel 4, 9pm)

SHARK: Stark prepares to go up against three university football players suspected of raping a female student at a campus party. TIMEWATCH - THE WAVE THAT DESTROYED ATLANTIS: Experts explore the origins of the Minoans, Europe's first great civilisation, who lived on Crete 3,500 years ago. Archaeologists search among the ruins for evidence of a massive natural disaster, which could have led to their destruction and was the possible inspiration behind Plato's story about Atlantis. UGLY BETTY: The Meade family are left reeling after the masked woman's shocking announcement. As Betty tries to pick up the pieces, she faces her own personal turmoil when Henry invites her out on a date and Walter announces he's got a surprise in store.
